Following last month’s race postponement to Sunday 23rd October 2022, Run Norwich entrants can now transfer their place to another participant if they are unable to make the new race date.
This can be done via the MyEvents portal on ACTIVE.
Alternatively, a refund request process will begin on Monday 8th August.

Please ensure transfers are only done via the MyEvents portal on ACTIVE; no other details beyond an email address should be passed between the transferer and the transferee.
The Run Norwich Community group on Facebook is a great place to advertise your place.
All transfers must be completed by 1st September.
A refund request window will open on Monday 8th August at 12pm running through to Friday 12th August (12pm). Click here to apply for a refund.
We will endeavour to work through refunds as quickly as we can, but please be aware that refunds may take between 2-4 weeks to appear in your bank account – this is because we need to transfer the appropriate funds from the charity’s bank account back into our Active account to process the refunds. There will then be considerable admin for our team to process refunds for those who requested them. So, please bear with us!
Refund requests will need to be made via an online form, which will be shared on Monday 8th August.
Please do consider securing a transfer instead, as the refund is instantaneous once the transferee has paid for their place on ACTIVE.
Once the refund window has finished, and subject to availability, a general entry and charity entry window will open.
