In partnership with Norfolk County Council’s Adult Learning Services, we’ve compiled a FREE training and race preparation course for all our runners.

The short course covers everything around training that you might want to know before race day.

Furthermore, one lucky person who completes the course will win themselves a £100 Run Norwich voucher, which can be used in the official merchandise store at the Run Norwich 2023 Expo (terms & conditions apply, see below).

The Run Norwich “Your 10k Goal” training is kindly supported by our partners at Norfolk County Council’s Adult Learning Services, and allows us to receive funding to cover the costs of our volunteer training programme and wider charitable initiatives, through the Community Sports Foundation.

The closing date for the competition is 12pm Monday 10th of July 2023. The winner will be chosen at random. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of the Community Sports Foundation and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. The prize is as follows: £100 Run Norwich voucher, which can be used in the official merchandise store at the Run Norwich 2023 Expo @ The Forum. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The winner will be notified by within 24 hours of the closing date.
