What's on at the Run Norwich Expo

The Run Norwich Expo, hosted at The Forum, is where you need to be for race pack collection, merchandise collection and any additional merchandise you wish to purchase from our Joma store.

The two-day pre-race celebration at The Forum gives runners the chance to enjoy a host of stands and activities courtesy of our race partners and supporters.

General Entry – Race Pack Collection:

If you opted to collect your Run Norwich race pack, you can do so by heading to the main race collection point inside the atrium of The Forum which will be located to the left of the main entrance.

As per tradition, we have placed ten Golden Tickets in the race packs of ten lucky runners. Get a Golden Ticket in your race pack, and you’ll win a number of on-the-spot prizes (including free entry into next year’s race).

Foundation Entry & Junior Runners – Race Pack Collection:

If you are a Foundation Runner or you are one of our Junior Runners, you are part of the amazing folk fundraising for the Community Sports Foundation.

You can collect your race pack and your free t-shirt (for the Foundation Runners in the main race) from the Foundation’s own stand located to the right inside the main atrium.

Please note: the Run Norwich team will ask to see evidence of your fundraising for the Community Sports Foundation before handing over your race pack. For junior runners to minimum fundraising target is £35 and for Foundation Runners it is £100. Please have this ready as well as your QR code.

What to do when collecting your pack:

When you have located the correct desk (general entry or Foundation/junior runner) simply present the QR code from your original confirmation email to one of the Run Norwich team and they’ll be able to locate your race pack.

Merchandise:

If you ordered an official Joma t-shirt or vest when you entered, this can be collected at the Expo. Subject to availability, official race gear will also be available to purchase.

We’ll also have our Joma x Run Norwich store set up, featuring some limited-stock Run Norwich merch including our children’s range!

Come along, get race-ready, and soak up the buzz ahead of the big day!

Important:

If you are collecting your race pack or merchandise, please bring along your confirmation email. It should contain a QR code, which will be scanned by our team. The Run Norwich team will resend your confirmation email the day before the Expo opens.

A friend or family member may collect on your behalf if you are unable to make the Expo, but to do so, they will need your confirmation email.

Photographic ID, such as a driving license, may be asked for.
