All the details on collecting your race pack

If you are new to Run Norwich this year, and opted to collect your pack from the race Expo, here’s all the information you’ll need.

Expo venue & opening hours

The Forum (Norwich, NR2 1TF)

Opening hours:

Friday 4th August – 9am – 6pm

Saturday 5th August – 9am – 6pm

Collecting your race pack

Your Run Norwich race pack will be available to pick up from the main race collection point inside the atrium of the Forum.

The race pack contains all you need for the big day. Each pack contains your race number with attached timing chip, safety pins (for attaching your race number) and a magazine crammed full of race day information, features and, of course, a detailed map of the route and start/finish areas.

If you are a charity runner, you can collect your race pack (plus your t-shirt/vest) from your relevant charity’s stand. These will be located opposite the main race collection point.

Important:

Please bring along your confirmation email that you received upon entry. If you do not have this, email us at [email protected] and we’ll resend this to you.

If a friend or family member is collecting on your behalf, please forward them your confirmation email and state that you authorise then to collect the pack.

Photographic ID, such as a driving license, may be asked for.

The Expo

As well as picking up your race pack, we’ll have the race gantry up, a selfie tower, a giant #RN17 medal, plus a host of stands and activities courtesy of our race partners, charities and supporters.
