Postage

Postage

We understand that a few people experienced difficulties adding postage to their Active form upon sign up, but happily the postage option can still be added to your race profile until Friday 31st July, simply:

👩‍💻 Log in to your Run Norwich Active profile
👉 Click My Events
👉 Select Purchase Merchandise
👉 Select Please post the race pack to my home
💷 Complete payment of the £2 postage fee
💌 Once payment has been made, your profile will be updated and we’ll ensure your race pack is posted directly to you.

We always encourage you to visit us at the Expo if you can. It’s the perfect opportunity to start soaking up the race atmosphere, explore the event village, and get excited for the big day!

Important Information!

After Friday 31st July, runners will no longer be able to edit their race entry details.

This includes changes to personal information, estimated finish times or merchandise pre-orders. Or, in the case of needing to pull-out of Run Norwich, transfer their place to another participant.

Please note: after July 31st, it is against race rules to give your race number to another person if you are unable to run.

See above for more information on how to make changes, currently accessible via your ACTIVE.com My Events portal, before Friday 31st July.

Missed adding postal at sign up? Don’t worry – there’s still time to make that switch before 31st July.
