Changes must be made by Friday 1st August

Deadline day for Run Norwich 2025 (7 September) is just around the corner.

The deadline to make changes to your Run Norwich 2025 entry (taking place on Sunday 7 September) is fast approaching!

All changes must be made by Friday 1 August.

Until that date it is still possible to:

Transfer your entry to another participant

Edit your race details

e.g. predicted finishing time
Home address – particularly important if you have selected to have your race pack sent to you
The name you’d like to appear on your race bib

Pre-order race merchandise and/or medal personalisation (iTab)

Switch from bib collection to postal delivery

Confirm your entry and sign your waiver (if someone else purchased your place)

Important Information!

After Friday 1 August, runners will no longer be able to edit their race entry details.

This includes changes to personal information, estimated finish times or merchandise pre-orders. Or, in the case of needing to pull-out of Run Norwich, transfer their place to another participant.

Please note: after August 1, it is against race rules to give your race number to another person if you are unable to run.
