Everything you need to know about your ticket to race
The Run Norwich 2022 race packs have been prepared!
Read through the information below to find out more about what will be inside your pack, when you will get it and more…
Each pack contains:
- Running number
- Four safety pins to secure your bib
- Baggage label (attached to your running number)
- An information flyer, with a link through to the digital race magazine. If you can’t wait to receive yours, you can read the magazine here.
Receiving your pack
When you signed up, you will have opted for either race pack delivery or collection. To remind yourself which option you chose, this can be found on your confirmation email (we’ll re-send all confirmation emails again shortly, in case you have lost yours), or by logging into your MyACTIVE account.
If you opted for delivery
- The packs have now been sent via Royal Mail, and are expected to arrive on doorsteps from Tuesday 11th onwards. Your bib number should match the bib number as detailed on your confirmation email or MyActive account. Please contact us if you haven’t received your race pack by Monday 17th October.
If you opted for collection
- Your pack will be able to collect from the Expo, which will take place at the Forum on Friday 21st October (9am-6pm) or Saturday 22nd October (9am-4pm). If you are unable to make the Forum (The Forum, Millennium Plain, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 1TF ), a friend or family member may collect your race pack on your behalf, provided they have a copy of your confirmation email. More details about the Expo will be sent out in due course.
Important: your bib

- We previously issued race bibs for our original July race date; those original bibs are no longer valid and should be discarded.
- Your new race bib is easily identifiable by the white-backed stripe at the top of the bib.
- Anyone wearing an old race bib (black-backed stripe at the top of the bib) will not be allowed to partake in the race. We kindly ask that you help us to police this, as runners wearing old bibs may interfere with the race results.
- More information about your bib can be found in the Race Day Guide in the digital race magazine.
Bib extras
- Got a ‘Race Hero’ mark on your bib? Well, that’s a little acknowledgement from us to say thank you for kindly waiving your entry fee back in 2020. Your name will also be on our Race Hero wall at the Expo.
- If you’ve got a small ‘6 in a star’ on your bib, chances are you’ll already know what it’s for. Well done for keeping that Run Norwich ever-present streak going!
Merchandise
- As a reminder, pre-ordered t-shirts/vests need to be collected from either the Expo, or, on race day, from the Race Village.
