Charities can now apply to be an ‘official race charity’ at Run Norwich 2020.
One of the main objectives of Run Norwich is to provide a platform for charities, other than just race organisers the Community Sports Foundation (CSF), to raise money and awareness of their cause.
The 10-kilometre race returns to the city on Sunday 19th July 2020 and, alongside CSF, there will be an additional two causes chosen from the pool of applications by the race management team to be the 2020 ‘official race charities’.
Charities are invited to apply via our application form, by Friday 1st November (5pm).
Since Run Norwich began in 2015, official race charities have raised over £500,000 through the race, as well as receiving a significant boost in profile. Charities that have benefitted include Nelson’s Journey, CSF, Big C, SERV Norfolk, Headway Norfolk & Waveney, NARS, Age UK Norwich, The Nancy Oldfield Trust and Norwich & Central Norfolk Mind.
