What's on in the Race Village pre and post-race?

The Run Norwich Race Village is located in Chapelfield Gardens and will be the hub of activity for the day… providing the weather is kind to us!

It is the main area to meet up with friends and family following the race, as well as getting those post-run selfies in! Those who have little ones running taking part in Junior Run Norwich will also be able to collect their children from our allocated safe zone located in the Village.

Food

Satisfy those post-race hunger cravings with a visit to our food vendors.

Massages

Physio and soft tissue therapy will be provided by our brilliant friends at Recover Physio. Whilst the service is free, donations are always appreciated.

Runner Recharge Zone

Visit the Runner Recharge Zone after the race, and pick up:

• A free can of beer, courtesy of our partners Woodforde’s (18+)
• Your Run Norwich 2026 Snood
• Snacks
• Don’t forget to visit Norse’s station where there will also be snacks for runners on offer! 

Baggage areas

Baggage trailers are located inside the Race Village. If you are in the black wave please note your baggage trailer is in Chantry car park.

They’ll be open from 8am to 9am & 10am to midday, and will be colour coded in accordance with your race bib. Please be kind to those in charge of baggage – they are volunteering their time to ensure your goods are safe, secure and returned to you as swiftly as possible.

VIP Area for Foundation Runners

If you are one of our fantastic Community Sports Foundation runners this year, you’ll once again have exclusive access to the VIP area of our Race Village, where you will get access to a range of light refreshments, beat-the-queue toilets and pre and post-race massage treatments. Our volunteers will identify you by the gold star on your race bib.

Entertainment

11:00 – 11:15 

Our Run Norwich 2026 winners will be presented with their trophies.

11:15 – 12:15

Sons of Mark will be kicking off the post-race entertainment, bringing the celebrations to life with their feel-good acoustic performances and crowd-pleasing mix of classic favourites and modern hits.

12:15 – 13:15

Get ready to keep the celebrations going with Funky Little Shack, a high-energy party band made up of five performers from King’s Lynn who first met on the am-dram stage. Bringing nothing but certified bangers, infectious energy and crowd-pleasing classics, they’ll have the Race Village singing, dancing and celebrating long after you’ve crossed the finish line.

13:15 – 14:00

Josh Tibbs will be rounding off the day and closing out the Run Norwich Race Village celebrations. The Norwich-based house DJ will bring high-energy atmospheric beats, feel-good energy and festival vibes to the Race Village, providing the perfect soundtrack as runners, supporters and spectators to make the day even more memorable.
