What is Race Ready (Adults)?
- Our flagship 10-week training programme offering a structured and progressive plan
- Led by former Olympian Paul Evans
- Suitable for beginners and those aiming for a personal best alike
- The programme will help you build fitness, improve your technique, and gain confidence
- Sessions take place every Thursday from 26th June, culminating the week before Run Norwich 2025.
- Latecomers can still benefit from a shortened 6 week programme for £24!

What is Race Ready (Junior)?
- 6-week programme providing young athletes with age-appropriate training
- Perfect for young runners preparing for Run Norwich Junior
- Led by experienced coach Izzy McQuillin
- Focuses on fitness, technique, and fun
- Sessions take place every Thursday from 24th July, culminating the week before Run Norwich 2025.
