What you'll get in it, and when

Your race pack is your passport to Run Norwich, and you’ll need to ensure you have yours prior to race day.

This year’s race pack contains:

• Running number & safety pins
• Baggage label (attached to your running number)
• The official magazine (containing features and need-to-know information). If you can’t wait to receive yours, you can view an online edition here.

When you signed up, you will have opted for either:

• Delivery
• Collection

If you opted for delivery, the packs have been posted, and you should receive yours over the next week or so. Please contact us if you still haven’t received your race pack by Tuesday 31st July.

T-shirts/vests need to be collected from either the Expo, or, on raceday, from the Race Village – as stated on the order form, these will not be posted out.

Friday 3rd August – 9am-6pm

Saturday 4th August – 9am-4pm

Collecting your race pack

If you opted to collect, your Run Norwich race pack will be available to pick up from the main race collection point inside the atrium of the Forum.

If you ordered a t-shirt or vest when you entered, this can be collected at the Expo, too.

If you are a CSF charity runner, you can collect your race pack (plus your free t-shirt/vest) from CSF’s charity’s stand.  This will be located opposite the main race collection point.

Important:

Please bring along your confirmation email that you received upon entry. Lost yours? Don’t worry, we’ll resend this to all runners prior to the Expo, so do not be worried at this stage if you do not have a copy of it.

A friend or family member may collect on your behalf if you are unable to make the Expo. Please forward them your confirmation email and state on your forwarding email that you authorise them to collect the pack.

Photographic ID, such as a driving license, may be asked for.

Please note: it is now too late to change how you receive your race pack.
