Keeping your race profile up-to-date ahead of raceday

With the big day fast approaching, it’s important to ensure that your details are all currently correct as some of your details may have changed since your first registered for the race.

Information, including your estimated finish time, your address (particularly important if you are having your racepack mailed to you) and even the name on your race number, can be edited and tweaked as many times as you like up until our cut-off date of Monday 27th June.

Below are the instructions on how to edit your Run Norwich registration information:

1. Log into ACTIVE.com, and access My Events at https://myevents.active.com
2. Select ‘Run Norwich’.
3. Update any registration information as appropriate.
4. Click Continue to view a confirmation message stating the registration information was updated.

Note: Should you need to change your name or email address this can be done by updating your ACTIVE.com profile here.

Note: Edits may only be completed if the registrant is 18 or older, registered himself/herself online, and did not register as part of a group-registration team.
