Your guide to travel and road closures on race day

We recommend getting into the city with lots of time to spare. If possible, we advise runners to walk or cycle into the city centre. Some roads will be closed from 7am due to the event, and there will be parking restrictions in the city centre area. Click here to view all disruptions on the day.

Park and Ride

Central Connect have confirmed that Park & Ride sites will operate their usual timetable. However there will be an enhanced Park & Ride service between Harford (A140) into the Bus Station that will begin at 7am with regular buses every 10 minutes into the Bus Station.

Buses

There will be changes to bus times and routes while the race is on. Norfolk County Council have confirmed that there will be changes to departure points before and after 10:30am. Please refer to the table below to view affected departure points.
