We reveal the results from our survey, plus the name of the lucky winner!
An incredible 2,060 of you completed our post-race survey – that’s almost a third of the entire field!
We reveal the findings of the survey below. Thank you once again for giving us invaluable feedback as we strive to make every Run Norwich better than the last.
As promised, one lucky survey winner wins two entries to next year’s race, and following our random draw we can reveal that Donna Jeary was that lucky individual: congrats, Donna!
The survey revealed the following feedback scores:
- 97.9% of runners said the overall race experience was excellent or good. 73% said it was excellent, 24.9% good and 2.1% average.
- 98% of runners would recommend Run Norwich to a friend. 1.7% are undecided, 0.3% said no.
- 99.2% of runners said staff / volunteers were excellent or good (87% excellent, 12.2% good, 0.7% average)
- 98.2% said pre-race communication was excellent or good (68.4% excellent, 29.8% good, 1.8% average)
- 48% of runners brought three or more supporters with them on race day.
- 81.7% of runners visited the Race Village after the race.
- 33.9% of runners went to a bar / restaurant or pub in the city after the race.
A number of volunteers (206) also filled out a volunteer survey, for which the following statistics were revealed:
- 96.6% of volunteers said the overall race experience was excellent or good. 77.7% said it was excellent, 18.9% good and 3.4% average.
- 96.6% of volunteers would recommend volunteering at Run Norwich to a friend.
