Charity entry for Run Norwich 2019, which returns to the city centre on Sunday, July 21, 2019, is now open!
The Community Sports Foundation, Headway Norfolk & Waveney and The Nancy Oldfield Trust are this year’s official race charities, and runners who wish to fundraise for them have a 48-hour priority window in which to secure their free spot, before general entry opens on Thursday.
All our official charity runners get an exclusive charity t-shirt/vest (you can select your preferred size on the entry form)
Your charity will be in touch soon after you enter, and will be there to support you with any fundraising help you may need.
Charity entrants will need to commit to raising a minimum of £100 by Friday 19th July 2019 (ie the start of the Expo).

The 10th edition of Run Norwich took place on Sunday 7th September 2025, and it was nothing short of spectacular. A beautiful sunny morning set the stage for a phenomenal day, with just under 7,800 runners running the sold-out race — the highest number of starters in the event’s history.
