Important information ahead of race day
For the safety of the participants, no vehicle movements will be allowed on the race route during the event. Up to 100 roads will be closed during the race, and, in association with Norwich City Council, all information has been communicated with affected residents in advance of the race. Roads will be only be shut for as long as is necessary, to minimise disruption.
The map below illustrate the route and which roads will be closed off to traffic and for what anticipated duration on Sunday 6th August.

Parking Zone displacements
In order to provide a safe and secure route for the race it is necessary to ensure that certain parts of the course are free of all parked vehicles and locked cycles.
Two roads will be affected by these measures (coloured red on the map below):

King Street residents (St Julian Parking Zone)
- Displaced permit holders will be required to relocate vehicles and locked cycles before 6pm Saturday 5th August until 12 noon on Sunday 6th August 2017.
- Residents will be allowed to relocate to any parking space available in the vicinity, including the adjoining St John and St Peter Permit Zones without penalty.
- Additional parking spots will be available to use on the Rouen Road or Queens Road surface car park.
Riverside Road residents (Parking Zone B)
- Displaced permit holders will be required to relocate vehicles and locked cycles before 4pm Saturday 5th August until 12 noon on Sunday 6th August 2017.
- Permit holders living in residences in or adjoining Riverside Road may park anywhere within Zone B or in any available parking space in the adjoining Zone D without penalty.
