Over 5,000 Run Norwich race packs have been prepared, packed and sealed, ready to make their way into your hands. With race day fast approaching, here is a reminder of how the process works:

Collection

If you chose to collect your pack in person, you will need to do so from the Race Expo, which will be open during the following times:

Venue: The Forum, Norwich, NR2 1TF

Date: Friday 5th (9am – 6pm) & Saturday 6th (9am – 6pm) August

All you’ll need to pick up your race pack is a confirmation email. We’ll be resending out a confirmation email next week, which will contain your bib number.

If you bring this along with you (or show us the email on your phone) this will be enough confirmation.

If you are picking up the race pack on behalf of a friend, please bring along a signed confirmation letter/email confirmation authorising you to pick up the pack on their behalf.

Remember, ten lucky winners that collect their pack from The Forum will receive a golden ticket in their race-pack – this entitles the runner to a VIP race day experience, worth over £450 – so don’t forget to open your race pack at the Expo to find out if you have won!

Postal

If you chose to have your pack mailed to you, you will receive these in the post from Monday.

Each pack contains your race number, a baggage tag, a copy of the race magazine and four safety pins. Please make sure you keep your race number in a safe place (and don’t forget to bring it on race day – no race number, no race!)

Help! I’ve forgotten which race pack option I chose!

You can check whether you elected to collect or receive yours through the post via your Active account. Here’s how:

1. Log into the ACTIVE MyEvents Portal here

2. Select ‘View my registration’

3. At the top of the page it will detail the purchases you have made

4. If the ‘Race pack and running number postage’ for £1.50 is stated in the line items, then you chose the postal option.

Please note, at this stage, we are unable to switch collection options to postal.
