This year’s entry of participants is a race record, with 7,000 runners due to tackle the city centre course on Sunday August 5th.
Of the field, over 1,000 runners will be representing a UK affiliated running club.
From Ampthill & Flitwick Flyers RC to the Woodbridge Shufflers RC, the clubs cover the width and breadth of the country.
We’ve crunched the numbers, and can reveal the top clubs by number of entrants:
Leading the way is Norwich Road Runners with a whopping 234 runners, followed by large numbers from Wymondham AC, Norfolk Gazelles, the Suffolk-based Waveney Valley AC, and the North Norfolk Beach Runners.

The 10th edition of Run Norwich took place on Sunday 7th September 2025, and it was nothing short of spectacular. A beautiful sunny morning set the stage for a phenomenal day, with just under 7,800 runners running the sold-out race — the highest number of starters in the event’s history.
