Adnams to supply every runner with free post-race beer

It’s becoming something of a time-honoured Run Norwich tradition that runners are able to unwind in the Race Village after the race with a free beer, courtesy of Adnams.

And, once again, the award-winning Southwold-based brewery will be providing each runner with a can of their new alcohol-free beer at this year’s race.

Runners will receive a token for the beer in their goody bag, which will be redeemable between 10-1pm on race day.

The new Ghost Ship abv Alcohol Free beer is described by Adnams as having all the same flavours and aromas as their regular Ghost Ship 4.5%. It is brewed with pale ale, rye crystal and cara malts, using citra and a blend of other American hop varieties to create bold citrus flavours.

Launched this month, the beer comes in at a mere 21kcal per 100ml, so will the perfect way to celebrate completing the 10-kilometre course without worrying too much about the calories!
