If you chose to collect your pack in person when you originally registered, you will need to visit the Run Norwich Race Expo at The Forum. Doors open at 9am this Friday and runners will have a two-day window to collect their pack (and enjoy some of the attractions on offer).

In order to help our volunteers distribute the packs as quickly and efficiently as possible, please ensure you bring the following:
- Your bib confirmation email (in electronic or paper form). This was sent out earlier this week and contains your unique bib number.
If a friend or family member is picking up a pack on your behalf, please ensure you forward them your confirmation email. Please include a line stating you give them permission to collect your pack.
Each pack contains your race number, a baggage tag, a copy of the race magazine and four safety pins. Once you have received your pack, please make sure you keep your race number in a safe place (and don’t forget to bring it on race day – no race number, no race!)
Golden Tickets
Remember, ten lucky runners will also receive a golden ticket in their race pack. This entitles the runner to a VIP race day experience, plus a range of prizes worth over £450 each. Don’t forget to check your pack there and then to find out if you have won!
Enjoying the Expo
Once you have collected your race pack, we’ve got a range of fun and family friendly activities taking place inside The Forum across both days – these include cheer card design, face-painting, photo booths, inflatables plus an array of interactive exercise sessions led by staff from the Riverside Leisure Centre.
4 Sports Group’s shop will have a range of Run Norwich-branded sportswear and merchandise available to purchase, and their heat press will be on standby too for any additional personalisation.
There will also be a range of stalls from our race partners, charities and supporters, so be sure to check them all out!
