What you'll get in it, and when

Your Run Norwich 2019 race pack is your ticket to run, and also includes everything you need to know ahead of race day.

Each pack contains:

• Running number (Got a starred 5 on yours? Here’s why)
• Bib safety pins
• Baggage label (attached to your running number)
• The official race magazine. If you can’t wait to receive yours, you can view an online edition here.

When you signed up, you will have opted for either race pack delivery or collection.

• If you opted for delivery, the packs will be put in the post on Friday (5th July), so you should receive yours over the next seven working days. Your bib number should match the bib number as detailed on your confirmation email. Please contact us if you haven’t received your race pack by Monday 15th July. As a reminder, t-shirts/vests need to be collected from either the Expo, or, on race day, from the Race Village. As stated on the order form, these will not be posted out.
• If you opted for collection, your pack will be able to collect from the Expo at the Forum on Friday 19th July (9am-6pm) or Saturday 20th July (9am-4pm).

Please note, it is now too late to change how you received your race pack.  To remind yourself which option you chose when signing up, please check your confirmation email or access your confirmation details by logging into your ACTIVE account.
