Runners now have until September 21st to make changes to their entry or enter the race
Our cut-off date for edits, entries and transfers, originally set for Thursday 1st September, has been extended by a further three weeks to Wednesday 21st September.
The new deadline is dictated by our cut off to send data to our chip timing company.
This extension allows current entrants the chance to make edits to their existing entry or, in the event of being unable to take part, to transfer their place.
Prospective entrants therefore have an extended opportunity to claim a spot in the race, which returns to the city centre on Sunday 23rd October (enter here)
Details of how to edit/transfer/enter are listed below.

- Click here to access your race portal, via ACTIVE’s MyEvents, and sign-in.
- Your entry portal for the race is displayed. Via this screen, you can:
- View your registration
- Edit your registration (e.g. projected race time, your home address)
- Transfer your registration (see Transfer your entry below)
- Purchase merchandise
Transfer your entry
- Click here to access your race portal, via ACTIVE’s MyEvents, and sign-in.
- Click ‘Transfer registration’.
- Simply enter the email address of the new participant. They will be sent a private e-mail link, where they can claim your place.
- You will be refunded through ACTIVE once the new participant has successful claimed and paid for the place.
Note: The original registration fee is not refunded until the new participant accepts and completes the transfer process. The ACTIVE Network 6% processing fee is not refunded.
