Supporting local causes since 2015

One of the main objectives of Run Norwich is to provide a platform for charities, other than just race organisers the Community Sports Foundation (CSF), to raise money and awareness of their cause.

The 10-kilometre race returns to the city on Sunday 18th October 2020 and details about how you can support charities through your run will be revealed in due course.

Since Run Norwich began in 2015, official race charities have raised over £500,000 through the race, as well as receiving a significant boost in profile.  Charities that have benefitted include Nelson’s Journey, CSF, Big C, SERV Norfolk, Headway Norfolk & Waveney, NARS, Age UK Norwich, The Nancy Oldfield Trust and Norwich & Central Norfolk Mind.

"The incredible support we’ve received from Run Norwich has helped Nelson’s Journey to really grow our services for Norfolk’s bereaved children. As well as the vital funding boost, our profile in Norfolk has been lifted to new heights"
