What else to look out for as you enter

Entry Week is almost upon us. Come 9am on Wednesday 22nd (or Tuesday 21st if you’re a charity entrant), you’ll be pitting yourself against thousands of entrants in a race to secure your place.

We don’t want you to miss anything though, so here’s a summary of the important bits to look out for…

Order your #RN20 tee

Order your #RN20 tee

How about that official #RN20 t-shirt? We know, it’s a thing of beauty.

You can order yours on the race entry form – we’ll have your order ready for you to collect at the Expo, prior to race day.

They’re priced at £12, they’re available in a range of sizes and as a vest, and like last year we’ve introduced a second colour option for those that might want something they can also use on those dark winter months.

Personalise your race number

Personalise your race number

You’ll be asked on the entry form if you’d like to have a name on your race number.

We suggest you go for it! It’s free, and spectators can give you a personalised boost on your way round the course.

Keep the name short, as the letters get smaller the more characters there are (Hayley, pictured, leads by example!). Be like Hayley.

And yes, we review them all for anything rude or offensive, so keep it clean, people.

iTab your medal

iTab your medal

The ever-popular iTab returns!

Here’s how the medal personalisation service works:

Simply opt-in to iTab on the entry form (it costs £8 including postage) and after the race, you’ll receive a small personalised metallic tab with your name and your final race chip time in the post. Slot this into the groove that will be on the back of your finisher’s medal, and you’ve got yourself a perfect memento of your efforts!

Golden ticket

Our much-loved Golden Ticket competition is back again this year.

As always, if you opt to collect your race pack from the Expo, you’ll be automatically entered into the Golden Ticket competition.

Ten lucky winners will bag themselves a whole host of awesome prizes, plus the chance for their relatives to enjoy the race from the VIP balcony on City Hall.

Support the race charity

Support the race charity

Even if you decide not to run as an official charity entrant this year, you can still support the Community Sports Foundation, (we’re the organisers of Run Norwich), through a donation on your entry form.

Any amount is greatly appreciated, and will support our work with disabled and disadvantaged individuals across Norfolk!
