Here is what is going on at this year's Expo...

The Run Norwich Expo returns to The Forum on Friday 3rd August (9am-6pm) and Saturday 4th August (9am-4pm)

As well as being the venue for race pack collection, the two-day pre-race celebration gives runners the chance to stoke excitement ahead of the big run, and enjoy a host of stands and activities courtesy of our race partners and supporters.

Returning this year is the popular runner word wall – a jumbo graphic containing every entrant’s name. (You may be pleased/gutted to hear that we’ve gone with majority rules, and have arranged names A-Z this time year. Still, with 7,000 names, it’s no easy feat to locate your name!). There’ll also be some great photo opportunities with our giant #RN18 medal, and a free-to-use selfie tower.

Other activities/stands include:

• Design-a-cheer-board stand, courtesy of main race sponsors Norse Group.
• Run Norwich merchandise available to purchase (with on-the-spot personalisation available courtesy of ESP Merchandise)
• Get yourself a supporters’ bam-bam stick from Ashton’s Legal stand, and enter their selfie competition for the chance to win a £100 sports voucher.  They’ll also have details of their discounted legal services package for any Run Norwich entrants and their families.
• Jarrold Intersport, who will be showcasing running gear and equipment available from their new store.
• Enter Aston Shaw‘s £50 voucher competition, when you pose for a selfie at their stand
• Jewellery and souvenirs, courtesy of Charming Rewards
• Outdoor CSF inflatables for the kids to enjoy
• Other stands: Jordan Fitness, Norwich Business Improvement District, Heritage Wills, Computer Service Centre, Global Clinic Norwich, JLL (Friday only), Norwich Porridge, Marathon Maps, Skills Edge.

Collecting your race pack

If you opted to collect, your Run Norwich race pack will be available to pick up from the main race collection point inside the atrium of the Forum. If you ordered a t-shirt or vest when you entered, this can be collected at the Expo, too.

If you are a CSF charity runner, you can collect your race pack (plus your free t-shirt/vest) from CSF’s charity’s stand.  This will be located opposite the main race collection point.

Important:

Please bring along your confirmation email that you received upon entry. Lost yours? Don’t worry, we’ll resend this to all runners prior to the Expo, so do not be worried at this stage if you do not have a copy of it.

A friend or family member may collect on your behalf if you are unable to make the Expo. Please forward them your confirmation email and state on your forwarding email that you authorise them to collect the pack.

Photographic ID, such as a driving license, may be asked for.
