All places for this summer's race now sold out

The last remaining charity places for Run Norwich have now been sold.

General entries for the race sold out back in February, but until recently entrants had been able to enter the race if they chose to run for this year’s official race charity, the Community Sports Foundation.

The news means that a capacity 7,000 runners will be taking to the course on Sunday 5th August – a record for the race.

Over 650 of those will be running on behalf of the Foundation, who help over 38,000 people every year through sport, including some of the most disabled and disadvantaged people in Norfolk.

CSF Fundraising & Events Manager Emma Fletcher said:

“We’re absolutely overwhelmed with the wave of support we’ve had.

“It’s an exciting time for the Foundation with the launch of our Build The Nest campaign, and to have such a tremendous backing at Run Norwich is amazing.”
